By using FlowVid AI, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy and agree to the processing of your information as described below. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the App immediately and delete the application.
This Privacy Policy is incorporated into and forms part of our Terms of Service, available at https://carry-blue-violin.tilda.ws/. In the event of any discrepancy between different language versions of this Privacy Policy, the English version shall prevail.
1. Information We Collect
Depending on how you interact with FlowVid AI, we may collect the following categories of information:
1.1 Information You Provide Directly
Images and Media. When you use AI image or video generation features, you may upload photos, images, or other media to the App. If you grant access to your camera or photo library, we process only the content you intentionally select and upload. These are used solely to deliver AI generation, editing, and rendering features.
User Inputs and Prompts. You may provide text prompts, descriptions, preferences, or settings to generate AI-created images and videos. These inputs are used solely to generate the requested content.
Account Information. If account creation is offered, we may collect your email address or other account identifiers for account management, authentication, and communication purposes.
Support Communications. If you contact us for help, feedback, or inquiries, we may collect your contact information and the content of your message in order to respond to your request.
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
When you use the App, we may automatically collect technical and usage data, including:
Device type, model, manufacturer, operating system version, language settings, screen resolution, and app version;
IP address and general geographic region (country or area level only);
Feature interactions, session duration, frequency of use, and in-app navigation patterns;
Crash logs, error reports, and diagnostic data;
Subscription status, plan type, and order confirmation information (as provided by Google Play).
1.3 Information We Do NOT Collect
To be clear, FlowVid AI does not collect:
Full payment card details, bank account numbers, or sensitive financial data;
Precise geolocation or GPS coordinates;
Contact lists, call logs, or SMS messages;
Data from other apps on your device;
Biometric data for identification or authentication purposes.
2. Processing of Images, Facial Data & AI Content
2.1 Purpose of Processing
Uploaded images, photos, and user inputs are processed solely to provide the AI generation, editing, or rendering features you request. Technical analysis (such as detecting faces, scenes, compositions, or structures) may be performed to generate accurate and relevant results.
2.2 Facial Information
Facial data is processed only to generate the AI content you specifically request. We do not use facial data for user identification, authentication, surveillance, or verification. We do not create facial recognition templates or biometric profiles. After the AI output is generated, temporary facial processing data is automatically deleted from our servers within 24 hours and is not retained beyond this period.
2.3 No Use for AI Model Training
Your uploaded images, photos, facial data, and personal inputs are not used to train, fine-tune, or improve our AI models or any third-party models without your explicit, separate, opt-in consent. If we introduce an opt-in training program in the future, we will provide a clear and separate consent mechanism. You may withdraw such consent at any time via the app settings or by contacting us.
2.4 AI-Generated Content
AI-generated outputs (images and videos) are created based on your inputs using automated algorithms. Due to the nature of AI technology, outputs may be inaccurate, unexpected, or inconsistent. We do not guarantee the suitability or legality of generated content. AI-generated content may contain metadata or watermarks indicating its AI origin. You are responsible for reviewing AI outputs before using or sharing them.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use collected information for the following purposes only:
Provide and operate the Services. To deliver, maintain, and operate the App and its AI generation features, and to process your requests for AI-generated images and videos. The legal basis for this processing is performance of our contract with you.
Customer support. To respond to your inquiries, feedback, and support requests. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in providing responsive service.
Improvement and analytics. To analyze app performance, diagnose and fix bugs, and improve user experience. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in maintaining and improving the Services.
Safety and security. To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and harmful usage of the Services. The legal basis is our legitimate interest and, where applicable, legal obligation.
Subscription management. To verify your subscription status and manage in-app purchases. The legal basis is performance of our contract with you.
Service communications. To send essential service notifications, such as policy changes and security alerts. The legal basis is our legitimate interest and legal obligation.
Legal compliance. To comply with applicable laws, regulations, and legal obligations. The legal basis is legal obligation.
We do not use your information for selling personal data to third parties, targeted advertising or ad profiling, political profiling or social scoring, or any purposes unrelated to the Services described in this Privacy Policy.
4. Subscriptions & Payments
All in-app purchases and subscriptions are processed by Google Play (or the relevant app store provider). We do not process payments directly and do not have access to your full payment credentials. We receive only limited transaction information from Google Play to verify your subscription status and entitlements. You can manage, change, or cancel subscriptions at any time through your Google Play account settings. Refund requests are subject to Google Play's refund policies.

5. Data Sharing & Third-Party Services
5.1 When We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal data. We may share your information only in the following limited circumstances:
AI Processing Providers. We share uploaded images, prompts, and related inputs with AI processing providers solely to generate AI images and videos on your behalf.
Cloud Infrastructure Providers. We use third-party cloud services to host and store data securely. These providers may process technical and usage data on our behalf.
Analytics and Crash Reporting Providers. We may share anonymized or aggregated usage data and crash logs with analytics and crash reporting services to analyze app performance, diagnose technical issues, and improve the Services.
Legal Authorities. We may disclose your information when required by law, court order, or governmental request, or when necessary to protect the rights, safety, or property of FlowVid AI, our users, or the public.
5.2 Third-Party SDKs
The App may integrate third-party SDKs for analytics, crash reporting, or infrastructure services. These third parties may collect information as described in their own privacy policies. We require our service providers to handle your data in accordance with applicable privacy laws. Key third-party services may include Google Analytics for Firebase (analytics and crash reporting) and Google Play Billing (subscription and payment processing). 6. Data Storage, Retention & Deletion
6.1 Storage
Your data may be stored on secure servers located in the United States or other jurisdictions where our service providers operate. Where data is transferred internationally, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
6.2 Retention Periods
We retain your data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
Uploaded images and media are deleted within 24 hours after AI processing is complete.
Temporary facial processing data is deleted within 24 hours after AI output generation.
AI-generated outputs are stored locally on your device. Any server-side copies are deleted within 30 days.
Account information is retained until you request account deletion or as required by law.
Usage and analytics data is retained in anonymized or aggregated form for up to 12 months.
Support communications are retained for up to 12 months after the inquiry is resolved.
6.3 Deletion
You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at developer@codescie.com. Upon receiving a verified deletion request, we will delete or anonymize your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. You may also delete locally stored content (generated images and videos) directly from your device at any time.
7. Data Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational security measures to protect your data, including encryption of data in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest, access controls limiting data access to authorized personnel, regular security assessments and monitoring, and secure deletion of temporary processing data.
No method of electronic storage or transmission is fully secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. In the event of a data breach that poses a risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as required by applicable law.
8. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have certain rights regarding your personal data.
8.1 General Rights
You may have the right to access and request a copy of the personal data we hold about you; to request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data; to request deletion of your personal data; to request your data in a structured, machine-readable format (data portability); to request that we limit how we process your data; to object to processing based on legitimate interests; and to withdraw previously given consent at any time.

The App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required by applicable law in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately at developer@codescie.com. Upon verification, we will promptly delete such information.
If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a child under 13 without verified parental consent, we will take immediate steps to delete that data.

The App may contain links to third-party websites, applications, or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices, content, or terms of those third parties. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you visit.
11. International Data Transfers
If you access the App from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States or other countries where our servers or service providers are located.
